How It Works

The DDL is a compact and lightweight unit that allows the handler to walk two dogs with one hand. The unit contains two separate retractable leads that operate completely independent of each other. This allows the dogs to walk in different directions or at different distances from the handler. Each lead has a color coded brake button that also works independently, however both brake buttons could be applied at the same time to quickly stop both dogs. Lead tangling is not a concern with this unit. If at any time the dogs were to cross paths the DDL has a unique feature that will keep the leads from getting twisted or tangled. The central core of this unit rotates to keep the leads straight if the two dogs cross. This allows the handler and the dogs to enjoy a safer and considerably more comfortable walk. We have made this unit small, compact and lightweight without compromising the overall quality. The DDL is extremely durable, safe and suitable for walking any size or breed of dog.
